Born on December 20, 1978, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dazz Letellier Veras is a multidisciplinary artist, CEO, creative director, and cultural entrepreneur whose life story is not only inspiring—it is proof of transformation through resilience.
She is the CEO of Beautiful Forever, a platform dedicated to empowering women through art, education, and transformative experiences, and the CEO of Now What Productions & Entertainment, a multidisciplinary production company shaping bold, culturally driven creative work.
Dazz is widely recognized not just for what she creates—but for what she has overcome. Her journey has made her a symbol of strength, reinvention, and self-definition, and a figure many look to as a model of what is possible when adversity is turned into purpose.
From Adversity to Power
Raised between absence and resilience, Dazz’s early life was marked by separation, instability, and emotional challenges that could have silenced her voice. Instead, they sharpened it.
While her mother migrated in search of opportunity, Dazz remained behind—learning early what it means to grow up fast, adapt, and survive. But even in uncertainty, she created her own stage.
Every evening at 7 PM, she would perform for strangers using her father’s sound horn—singing, dancing, and claiming space before the world ever gave her one.
Her childhood wasn’t easy—but it was defining.
She didn’t wait for permission. She built presence.
Vision Before Opportunity
From sewing at six years old to producing her first fashion show at ten, Dazz showed an unusual instinct: she didn’t just dream—she executed.
After relocating to the United States in 1992, she faced a new set of challenges—cultural adaptation, financial limitations, and the pressure to choose stability over passion. Still, she refused to shrink her vision.
At 16, she traded a celebration for a $40 microphone.
“The party would have lasted one night. The microphone lasted years—and built my future.”
That decision wasn’t symbolic—it was strategic.
Relentless Reinvention
Dazz’s journey is not a straight line—it is a story of constant reinvention.
She worked, studied, sacrificed, and adapted—often taking on physically demanding and high-risk jobs, including construction work as a licensed asbestos handler, to fund her artistic career.
While others waited for opportunity, she created it.
At 18, she founded Sagicarus Fashion, mentoring young talent and producing shows.
By 2009, she began recording her music—turning years of writing into tangible work that would reach over a million viewers.
Her path was never easy—but it was always intentional.
A Multidimensional Force
Dazz Letellier Veras is not defined by one title—she is a force across industries:
- Music: A voice shaped by experience—raw, emotional, and empowering
- Fashion: A creator of identity through design and visual storytelling
- Film & Theater: Writer and lead actress of Garden of Butterflies, confronting domestic violence and mental health
- Visual Arts & Photography: Exhibitions such as Ojos de Ángel, exposing social realities
- Media: Producer, host, and creative director across radio, television, and digital platforms
She has collaborated with major agencies and creatives, including Tom Munro, and continues to expand her presence across global creative spaces.
Purpose-Driven Leadership
Her experiences didn’t harden her—they gave her purpose.
In 2013, she launched “I Love Me More”, a movement rooted in self-worth and healing, addressing domestic violence through art, education, and community engagement.
Through marches, conferences, and public initiatives, she transformed personal understanding into collective impact.
This same vision led her to build:
- Beautiful Forever – empowering women through art and experience
- Now What Productions & Entertainment – creating platforms instead of waiting for them
Because for Dazz, success is not just personal—it is shared.
Recent Work & Global Impact (2018–Present)
Dazz continues to evolve as both a creator and leader:
- Producing and leading Beautiful Forever (6th Edition – 2026)
- Expanding Now What Productions & Entertainment into a multidisciplinary powerhouse
- Curating and headlining international showcases
- Developing immersive artistic experiences combining music, fashion, and storytelling
- Mentoring and opening doors for emerging talent
Her work today reflects clarity, power, and ownership.
Why She Resonates
People don’t connect to Dazz because her story is perfect.
They connect because it is real.
She represents:
- What it means to start without advantages
- What it takes to keep going without validation
- And what becomes possible when you refuse to quit on yourself
A Defining Voice
Dazz Letellier Veras is more than an artist—she is a living blueprint of resilience, reinvention, and leadership.
“I was never the obvious choice. But I became the undeniable one.”
